How much are your courses?  

Costs vary depending on the programme type.  All our prices are competitive (and in line with the accredited body requirements).  We are able to offer discounts for charities and organisations booking a full course for their staff. If a price isn’t displayed on a course, please contact Jo for further information.

What does price include? 

All course resources. Expert tuition and guidance during the programme.  On going support through to completion.

Cancellation policy? 

Payment to be received 3 weeks before first day of course.  Full refund available for cancellations requested 2 weeks before course start.  50% refund available for cancellations within 2 weeks of course start.  Transfer to a later course may be available, please contact us to discuss.

Do I get a qualification? 

If your course includes an assessment, then assuming the assessment is passed, a qualification will be awarded. All other course participants receive a certificate of attendance.

Do I get a certificate that I can share on my social media accounts? 

Yes, all certificates are available online.

How many others will be on the course?  

This will depend on the course and demand.  We will ensure that numbers are manageable for optimum interaction and to guarantee the quality of delivery is maintained.

Are your courses accredited and who by?  

Our Mental Health First Aid courses are accredited by Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA England).

Our First Aid and Trainer courses are accredited by Qualsafe Awards.

Can I ask questions if I don’t understand something? 

Absolutely you can.  Our main aim is to ensure you complete the course with a full understanding of what has been taught, if you have any questions or require clarification you can do this during the course or privately through email following any of the sessions.

Do you run any courses at weekends? 

Yes, we will run courses to suit demand.  If you would like to book a weekend course for your organisation, please get in touch.  For our public online courses we advertise weekend courses available throughout the year.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?  

Yes.  We are based in Devon but do travel to companies across the UK as required. Of course, our online courses are accessible to everybody regardless of geography.

Will you be running any face to face courses in the future?

Yes! We are already running classroom First Aid Courses safely and successfully. With regards to other programs, we anticipate delivering face to face courses in late 2021 in line with government guidance.

What information do I need to book? 

You can contact us by email jo@oceanaspire.co.uk and we can send you the relevant link/booking form. 

Do you take last minute bookings? 

Yes, as long as we have availability and the place is paid for before the course date.  Please note though that your access to resources at the start of the course may be compromised for a few days as these are sent by Royal Mail prior to the course.
